The thing is this is all done to show off the games character models. The combat is completely over the top and a battle can look like something out of an Avengers movie.
Scarlet Blade plays things very, very safe. In terms of abilities, there really are not a whole lot here and I once read a review that said there was not enough to differentiate the classes and after spending some time with the game I would have to agree with that. When you pick from one of the two races and start putting together your character, you can tell that presentation was their main goal. Everything is very simplified in Scarlet Blade and that is most evident in the skill system as there are only four for you to take on! Scarlet Blade has two different races and then there are six classes to consider.
Unfortunately, your eyes are very rarely drawn to the locations due to all of the scantily (if they are lucky) clad women on display.Ĭlass in Scarlet Blade? Well, that is not the kind of class I am talking about. It has a real Cyberpunk style to it and I think that the best way I can describe it is as a cross between Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy XV. The way the game portrays women actually takes away from the fact that the world which is created here is pretty cool. I personally am not offended by character designs like this, but I have not played an MMORPG that had as much focus on sex appeal as this one does. Trying to get a game that features a ton of scantily clad out of proportion female characters is a hard sell. This has been chosen clearly to drum up interest and it did actually work initially, but in a day and age where female empowerment is praised. Or there is a lot of booties thanks to 99.99 percent of the characters wearing a thong! However, the way that there is also a pair of big boobs on display with 90 percent of the all-female cast. The character designs in this game are great if you are a horny teenager. Boobs!!!! That is what the developers were talking about when they classed Scarlet Blade as a mature themed MMORPG. Also added xigncode file for good measure.Let’s get the obvious out of the way right off the bat.

P.S 1: I Reinstalled the game still to no avail. Below i will attach some screenshots for reference Even changing to Avast for good measure as some member in discord suggested. Today as i am writing this post the game simply refuses to Open, i tried uninstalling my anti-virus, reinstalling.
After installing AVG the game worked like a charm, no exception rule in AVG this time. Next day while i had no anti-virus installed the game still didn't start. Now i figured and i dig a bit in the forums, so after UNINSTALLING my anti-virus the game worked just fine (AVG if you are wondering, and yes i added an exception on AVG and whitelisted my game in the firewall, see pictures attached for reference). The very next day after trying to start the game it simply not started.
Now this was not always the case, when i firstly downloaded the game everything worked fine. When i try to start the game simply nothing happens.
